This drum grabber’s impressive 1,000 lb. capacity will help you efficiently move heavy drums throughout your industrial space. This handy tool is built for use with a forklift (sold separately).
This grabber has two 5 1/2″ x 2″ fork pockets that easily attach to a forklift to ensure smooth handling. For added convenience, the operator does not need to leave the forklift cab to secure a tight grip on the drum. This grabber’s patented, spring-loaded Gator Grip® automatically locks the jaws closed around the head of the drum and then unlocks the jaws when you place the drum down. With its unique Gator Grip® technology, this grabber maintains a locked hold on the drum when driving over rough terrain, unlike other drum-grabbing devices that require drum weight to ensure a positive lock. This drum grabber accommodates one 16, 30, 55, or 85 gallon steel, poly, or fiber drum with a 3/16″ or higher chime and works on open or closed drum heads.
