Double boilers are great for preheating, reheating, and moisture-free cooking. This stock pot is designed to work with the Vollrath 77133 double boiler inset and 78672 solid cover (both sold separately). It also works well on its own to cook batches of pasta and vegetables.

Durable Construction

Made of 18-8 stainless steel, this stock pot is built to last and easy to clean. The stainless steel material will not pit or discolor. Plus, an arc-sprayed aluminum bottom helps distribute heat evenly to prevent hot spots that cause soups and sauces to burn.
