Built to fit your Vollrath Arkadia 60 qt. stock pot, this aluminum stock pot cover helps seal in heat during the cooking process. Additionally, this lid will help reduce spatter from heated sauces or soups to keep your work area cleaner and ensure that the food you’re making ends up on your customer’s plate and not your stove top.

Aluminum Construction

Made with 3003 aluminum, this lid features more strength and will last longer than 1100 aluminum. Its aluminum construction will also heat up faster than a comparable stainless steel product.

Raised Lip

Featuring a raised lip, this lid creates a tight seal with a stock pot or sauce pan to both help prevent splatter and maintain the proper temperature within the pot for efficient cooking.

Riveted-On Handle

This cover has a riveted-on handle for a secure connection that allows you to easily take it on and off the stock pot (sold separately) as needed. It is also easy to grab with hot pads or a towel to help injury in your busy kitchen.
