This paddle is a HACCP essential component and is perfect for rapidly cooling soups and other foods that can’t go into a blast chiller. Once frozen or filled with ice, place the cooling paddle in hot liquid and the paddle will rapidly chill your food to a food-safe 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A useful addition to your prep kitchen, this cooling paddle allows you to comply with food safety standards to ensure proper cooling for a safe, sanitary operation. It also has a wide temperature range from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
