Vikan 77515 Details

Return surfaces to a dry state with this Vikan hand squeegee. This unit is designed for removing excess water and food debris from food preparation surfaces. The body of the unit is made of polypropylene, and the double blade is made of cellular rubber for oil resistance. This blade is removable and easy to clean. It is recommended not to store this unit in freezing temperatures.
For additional convenience, an extra double blade is included to replace the cassette when worn or in need of cleaning. The handle ensures ergonomic use and includes a hanging hole for convenient storage and drying. The white color allows this squeegee to be used as part of an HACCP color-coded system to prevent cross-contamination in your kitchen.
