Easily create layered desserts, mousses, and opera cakes with this Matfer Bourgeat 370113 red mousse frame. Designed for use with your Matfer Bourgeat 370102 15 3/4″ x 11 7/8″ mousse set, this frame is ideal for making mousse desserts with uniform layers and clean, straight edges for a professional and attractive appearance. It features a durable aluminum construction that is easy to clean after each use. The frame’s red corners indicate a 5/8″ height, and can be used to easily stack and layer icing, whipped cream, mousse, jelly, or pudding with other color-coded frames (sold separately).
To use, begin by placing the flat sheet (sold separately) on a clear surface where you will have plenty of room to work. Easily attach the stackable frame to the base, and fill with a dessert layer of your choice. Smooth it out, and repeat the process with more frames (sold separately) if desired. Freeze the entire set with the sheet if required, and when ready, the frames and the base can be easily removed one by one, giving you beautiful results with minimal effort.
