At the same time, the level top ensures a flat cake bottom for stability during presentation, display, and service. Use it to make traditional buche cake or yule log cakes or for creating mousse-filled, decadent desserts. The options are endless with this versatile cake mold.
This yule log cake mold is made of durable stainless steel that’s sealed for sanitation and easy cleaning. In addition to making yule logs, it’s great for making roll cakes or for creating other decadent desserts.
