This mold is made of Exopan fine steel with a convenient non-stick coating inside and protective enamel outside for longevity. Use it in your bakery, restaurant, cafe, or catering operation.
The grey lacquer on the exterior facilitates baking perfection by effectively transferring heat to the product inside the mold. Its 19 3/4″ x 3 3/8″ x 3 1/2″ size is great for pates in crust and meat pies. Additionally, the hinged sides allow for easy removal of your finest baked goods.
Exopan fine steel combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the conveniences of non-stick coating.
