This Lavex Zap N Trap 18 watt UV replacement bulb provides ultraviolet lighting that attracts insects and flies to your pest control device and away from customers. This bulb is a perfect replacement for the one that came with your your Lavex Zap N Trap 18 watt insect trap wall sconce, and select other compatible units. It boasts a 4 pin, 2G11 style base, and an average life of 6000 hours. This bulb features a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of 24.6, and bulb temperature (luring bulb color – K) of 30000. Each bulb contains a chemical coating that maximizes the amount of UV light it transmits. To maintain the coating and the trap’s optimum effectiveness, replace bulbs every 9-12 months, ideally at the beginning of Spring.
