Not only does it feature a sleek, mirrored stainless steel finish, but it includes a domed lid and two side handles. These side handles are securely riveted to the pot and allow for easy transport and lifting. The lid even has a top handle with a three-prong design especially engineered for user comfort. A 6 qt. food pan is included, giving you the option to use the pot as a small chafer.
For excellent longevity, the stainless steel used for this pot is manufactured with 3 layers, 2 of steel and 1 of aluminum. The interior layer is stainless steel for flavor preservation and corrosion-resistance, while the exterior layer is magnetic stainless steel to accommodate a variety of cooktops. Sandwiched in-between the steel is a layer of aluminum. It gives the pot superior heat distribution and helps to make sure food is cooked thoroughly.
