This insert is the perfect accessory for your Delfin from Steelite International BCC-1210 Cut Corner acrylic bowl (sold separately). Simply place this insert inside of the bowl to reduce its capacity. This allows you to keep your display looking clean and consistent, with the same height bowls while still preparing the amount of food that you need without wasting extra ingredients. The insert is optimal for slower moving items or low volume days at any establishment. The insert can also be used to help maintain cold temperatures longer, by simply adding a layer of ice in the Cut Corner bowl (sold separately) and then dropping the insert in on top.
This insert is built with a break-resistant acrylic construction, making it able to stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use, while at the same time offering a more professional and polished look over traditional plastics.
