With its non-toxic refrigerant gel, this ice cream crock should be placed in your freezer for 8 hours and will hold ice cream at the perfect serving consistency. It maintains the ice cream at or below 32 degrees for a 6 to 10 hour time span. The crock will accommodate a standard, 3 gallon ice cream tub. It’s also NSF listed, BPA free, and dishwasher safe so you can confidently serve ice cream and conveniently clean up after your events.
