Simply stock your food carts or kiosks with these pans to ensure that your battered fried foods are not only delicious but also safe for consumption. Plus, the pans are designed to fit into standard food pan templates and food wells for ultimate convenience.

CoolCheck Technology

These pans are designed to hold food safely below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 hours on one charge. Simply place them in the freezer overnight (for a minimum of 8 hours) to charge them, and when they’re ready to use, the pans will have turned blue on the outside! Using patent-pending technology, the exterior of the pans stays blue as long as they’re holding food at or below a safe cold holding temperature.

Cold Identification

The blue color fades to white when foods have risen above safe holding and serving temperatures. However, as long as any part of the pan is blue, your food is still safe!
