Plus, the basin is filled with polyurethane foam to hold ice without melting for hours. It can also accommodate up to (3) 6″ deep food pans so you can serve salad greens, vegetables, and toppings!
Able to withstand temperatures from -40 degrees to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this food / salad bar is perfect for serving your carefully prepared sides and salads at their correct serving temperatures. When you’re finished serving for the day, a threaded drain plug underneath the ice pan provides easy water removal.
