The 24″ wide base is equipped with a set of (4) 4″ heavy-duty ball-bearing casters with dust covers, making it easy to move this safety ladder wherever it’s needed to complete work projects safely and efficiently. For the ultimate support, the ladder’s rigid steel frame boasts 1″ OD tubing and has a weight capacity of 450 lb. The dual foot pedal lockstep allows you to use your foot to park the ladder before ascending, while the 42″ high handrails and wide steps facilitate a safe ascent.
This unit is Cal/OSHA compliant and has (8) 16″ wide steps with perforated tread that allows water to pass through and provides traction to prevent slipping. The 14″ deep top step provides additional room for safe working. The ladder’s steel frame is finished with a sleek gray powder coating to ensure a resilient, long-lasting surface that is highly resistant to scratching, water and chemical corrosion, and weathering. This ladder ships unassembled.
