Green Seal Certified Griddle Liquid

This kit comes with (6) 3.2 oz. liquid griddle Quick Clean packets. To start the cleaning process, first squirt the liquid onto a medium-hot griddle between 300 – 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then watch as the powerful bubbles lift and loosen stubborn burnt-on food soil and grease from the griddle surface.

Griddle Pad

For all of your cleaning needs, this kit comes with (6) 4″ x 5 1/4″ heavy-duty cleaning pads and (1) 16″ multi-purpose pad holder. Attach the heavy-duty griddle pad to the pad holder and apply light pressure to gently scour the griddle. The included griddle pad is among the first and only scouring pads to be certified as food safe and fit for purpose by HACCP International.

Squeegee

Finally, to leave the griddle clean, use the squeegee to push the remaining liquid into the grease trough. When compared to alternative methods, this simple 3 step process is safer for workers and food, quicker and easier, and even more cost effective.
