This Zoeller Shark Series E810 grinder pump is designed for sewage ejector applications, working to pump raw sewage to the pressurized sewer main. It features a rugged cast iron body with a corrosion-resistant powder-coated epoxy finish to withstand the most demanding sewage ejector applications. Its corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel handle, screws, and hardware also provide long-lasting durability in tough conditions.
This pump is easy to use with a simple control panel and control switches. It uses Tri-Slice cutter technology to cut solids into a slurry. This includes 3 independent cutting channels that reduce solids down to 1/8″ while providing over 250,000 cuts per minute. Its 1 hp, oil-filled motor operates at a rate of 1,725 RPM, and it comes with auto-reset thermal overload protection. Both the motor and cast iron motor housing provide optimal heat dissipation to prevent overheating.
This grinder pump is factory tested after assembly to ensure efficient operation. It includes a pressure relief valve to prevent damage to your piping system when the pressures in the city main are greater than the pump’s PSI rating. It has a 1 1/4″ NPT discharge, a max flow rate of 14.6 GPM, and a permanent split capacitor. It also features a temperature rating of 130 degrees Fahrenheit. This grinder pump requires a 230V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 20′ cord.
