Zoeller Pump Company 2057-0005 Details

This Zoeller 2000 High-Temperature Series BN2057 effluent pump is designed for applications that require a pump rated for high temperatures. This makes it ideal for hot water transfer, plant wash down, boiler blow down, transformer vaults, and industrial cleaning systems. It features a rugged cast iron switch case, base, motor housing, and pump housing with a corrosion-resistant powder-coated epoxy finish. It also has a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel handle, screws, and hardware for long-lasting durability.
This nonautomatic pump includes a single piggyback float switch for operation. This switch allows you to set the on and off point of the pump in the field. This unit’s 1/3 hp oil-filled motor operates at a rate of 1,725 RPM, and it comes with high-temperature thermal overload protection. Its motor and cast iron motor housing provide maximum heat dissipation to prevent overheating. This pump also includes a smooth cast iron vortex impeller, which allows solids to pass freely through the pump to prevent clogging.
This effluent pump is factory tested after assembly to ensure efficient operation. It is designed for light commercial applications, and it withstands intermittent temperatures of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit passes 1/2″ spherical solids and has a 1 1/2″ NPT discharge. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 15′ cord.
