This French whisk is designed with thicker wires than a piano whip/whisk for exceptional performance when working with heavy food products. The one-piece stainless steel handle features integral nubs for a sure grip that results in controlled mixing. At the same time, a center reinforcement wire eliminates bending, twisting, and deforming.
This French whisk is designed with stainless steel wires to resist corrosion and rusting.
