Increase efficiency and productivity in your packaging department with this Vestil ASM-3123 high speed automatic gray steel strapping machine. A great solution for your polypropylene strapping tasks, this unit features user-friendly controls that allow for simple control of the wrapping process and can be accessed by the panel-mounted controls, foot pedal, or tabletop ball switch. With an auto-feeding function, this unit automatically feeds the 1/2″ polypropylene strapping (sold separately) to the arch, making it ready for use with each application. For added convenience, the auto-positioning system increases efficiency by automatically placing and securing the strapping in the correct position each cycle, up to 30 cycles per minute.
This strapping machine features easy access for reloading, adjustable strap tension from 15 lb. to 150 lb., and a jam-free function that ejects missed strap cycles and resets the unit automatically. With casters at all four corners, this unit is easy to transport as needed. It uses heat welding to secure the straps in place and can be used with 6″ or 8″ strapping core sizes. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
