Designed specifically for making mini ice cream Buche de Noel cakes or yule log cakes, this Matfer Bourgeat 362011 22 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ mini semicircle PVC plastic yule log cake mold promotes increased productivity thanks to the double mold design and flexible PVC plastic construction. Bake two cakes in the same time it would take to bake one! Simply fill with your ingredients, freeze, and turn out your desserts. It’s that easy!
This PVC plastic yule log cake mold maximizes the use of baking trays during preparation and freezing by fitting 4 logs per full sheet tray. The semi-circular shape offers an abundance of creative opportunities while the rounded bottom gives your yule logs the iconic shape your customers know and love. The level top ensures a flat bottom for added stability for your decadent desserts.
This mold’s mini size makes cake inserts that fit perfectly into the other larger buche cake or yule log cake molds (molds sold separately). At the same time, the durable PVC plastic ensures an easy-to-clean surface that’s built to withstand frequent freezer use.
