Bake traditional savarin cakes with this Matfer Bourgeat 332621 Exopan steel 2 3/4″ x 5/8″ mini non-stick open savarin mold / cake pan. This savarin mold is designed to make light, ring-shaped cakes. Simply bake the yeast dough, remove it from the mold, then soak it with liqueur-flavored syrup before serving.
This circular mold is made of Exopan fine steel. A convenient non-stick coating makes for easy product release. At the same time, protective enamel on the outside of the mold ensures longevity.
Exopan fine steel combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the conveniences of non-stick coating. To clean, simply wipe the pan inside and out by hand with hot water, a degreasing product, and a soft cloth. Exopan steel should not be exposed to humidity. It is temperature resistant from -20 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and an enamel outside adds protection for longevity.
