Resembling the sleek and dramatic structure of a skyscraper, this stainless steel riser makes a statement at your restaurant or catering business’s events. The Eastern Tabletop 1715 Escalate Series 10″ x 10″ x 9″ eight rung riser includes a cooking grate and sterno fuel holder for on-site food heating and cooking. Eight strips of stainless steel shield the fuel and blend the cooking grate into the shiny stripped design.
The cooking grate and fuel can be completely removed to accommodate cold foods. With these items removed, the riser offers a transparent presentation and flat surface to elevate a glass or acrylic platform (sold separately) on top the riser. Plus, this riser can be flipped upside down to use the wider cooking surface as a broad base. This provides presentation diversity and platform stability. Also, use two of these contemporary risers as supports to elevate buffet shelves (sold separately) on any of the eight rungs. Showcase a tiered display by positioning several shelves on different levels of the risers. For an added polish, glass cleaner is recommended.
