This ladder is designed to provide a safe and convenient portable access solution to trucks and loading docks. It features a 50-degree stairway-style slope that makes climbing and descending easier and is especially helpful when carrying shipments. The base of the rugged, heavy-duty frame is constructed of 2″ x 1″ rectangular steel tubing, providing exceptional integrity to withstand the rigors of continual industrial use. The frame has a sleek and resilient gray powder-coated finish, making it highly resistant to scratching, water and chemical corrosion, and weathering.
This Cal/OSHA compliant truck / dock access ladder is equipped with 2 impressive 10″ rubber wheels that allow it to be effortlessly tilted and rolled like a wheelbarrow wherever you need it, and it will easily transition between any outdoor or indoor surfaces. The ladder has (5) 36″ wide steps with heavy-duty serrated grating tread that ensures optimal slip resistance and water drainage, making it ideal for use outdoors in all weather conditions. The 42″ high handrails also help to ensure safe ascending and descending. This unit is built without a rear guardrail to ensure users can easily walk through the rear. It also comes with a snap chain to restrict access as needed.
