Built from sturdy 22 gauge 300 series stainless steel, the Vollrath 90083 Super Pan 3® full size 8″ deep anti-jam perforated stainless steel steam table / hotel pan is a durable and reliable addition to your kitchen! The pan features 4mm drain holes on the sides and bottom, which are ideal for steaming foods or draining fats and juices from a variety of products. Reinforced spout-shaped corners add strength where this pan takes the most abuse. In addition, its flattened edges provide wide space for grasping and handling the pan as well as prevent bending to ensure that it sits flat in steam table wells.
The pan features a patented, angled ramp and built-in, anti-jam stacking lugs to enable hassle-proof separation and lifting. This Super Pan 3® stainless steel steam table pan combines practical functionality with high-quality construction.
