This durable, stainless steel strainer features the heavy-duty, reinforced Exoglass composite material designed for intensive use and is heat resistant up to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 7 1/2″, one-piece, ergonomic handle to provide both comfort and stability while allowing the user to keep their hands at a safe distance from heat. In addition, the handle is insulated for added protection from heat.
This Exoglass strainer boasts triple layer, extra fine mesh with stainless steel wire reinforcement to properly strain various foods, while the classic conical shape ensures ease of use. From seeds to lumps, nothing will be able to get through the three layer mesh protection. This extremely versatile strainer can also be used to dust pastries and desserts with a fine layer of a powdered ingredient to minimize mess and promote accuracy. This strainer includes two hooks to allow you to clip it to the edge of a pot for more stability and so you don’t have to hold it in place while you use it!
